Summer heat calls for lots of hydrating fruit! This is my favorite combination of fruits and the addition of bananas is a great contrast to the berries.
Emmy’s Fruit Salad
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, cut in half or fourths, depending on their size
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Add all the fruit to a bowl and then the OJ. Carefully mix the ingredients and enjoy!
